Sunday Spa Day Request Form

Sunday Spa Days are private parties offered by reservation only, between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm. 

You and your party will enjoy a relaxing spa day, complete with complimentary catering!

Please note: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of total cost of services is required upon booking. 

Gift certificates may not be redeemed for Sunday Spa Day deposits, or for services rendered during a Sunday Spa Day.

*Minimum of 6 guests minimum 2 services per guest.  Standard nail services and  Proskin 30 are excluded from Sunday Spa Days.
